BATTLE OF THE STONE 2026

Graystone Action Sports is proud to present the return of Battle of the Stone – our biggest skateboarding event of the year. Riders from across the scene will battle it out for glory, prizes and the coveted titles of King & Queen of the Stone.

With an £8,000 prize purse on the line, the competition will showcase incredible talent across Street, Bowl, Best Trick and Team Rumble.

Spectators are welcome to come and experience the atmosphere of one of the UK’s most exciting skate competitions.

Event Highlights

King & Queen of the Stone
Men’s and Women’s riders will compete in both Bowl and Street disciplines for a share of the prize purse.

Best Trick – Over 16’s
Powered by Red Bull, riders will have 15 minutes to land their most technical tricks.

Best Trick – Under 16’s
Supported by Live Like Ralph, showcasing the next generation of talent.

Team Rumble
Teams of three will battle it out in a high-energy jam format for a £1,000 winner-takes-all prize pot, sponsored by TSA.

• Street / Park Entry: £20

• Skate & Spectate: £20

10:00 AM – Park opens for practice
11:15 AM – Competition heats begin
8:15 PM – Prize giving ceremony

Competition Formats

Bowl (Men’s & Women’s)

Heats

• 2 × 45-second runs per rider

• Top 8 riders advance to the finals

Finals

• 2 × 45-second runs

• Best run counts (not a combined score)

Street (Men’s & Women’s)

Heats

• Jam format with 3 skaters per jam

• Each jam lasts 2 minutes

Finals

• Top 8 riders advance

• 2 × 45-second runs per skater

• Judged on best run

Best Trick (Over 16 & Under 16)

• 15-minute open jam

• No heats or finals

• Top 3 tricks win prizes

Team Rumble

• Maximum 9 teams of 3 riders

• Each team gets 2 minutes to throw down

• Winner takes all – £1,000 prize pot

Expect fast-paced skating, big tricks and plenty of crowd energy.
